Our Return Promise
At Shinbao, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
Return Window
30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The return window begins the day your package is delivered, not the day you place your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in original condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
Original packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt
All accessories included: Return all accessories, manuals, and parts that came with the product
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made items
Perishable goods (food, flowers)
Intimate apparel or hygiene products
Digital downloads or software
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
How to Return an Item
Log in to Your Account
Sign in to your Shinbao account and navigate to your order history. Find the order containing the item you wish to return.
Initiate the Return
Click "Return Item" and select the reason for your return. Provide any additional details that might help us improve our service.
Print Return Label
You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours. Print the label and attach it to your package.
Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging (if possible). Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Refund Process
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been approved.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). Return shipping is free when using our prepaid label.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned with signs of use, without original packaging, or missing parts not due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible while your return is being processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
For damaged items, you don't need to return the product unless we specifically request it. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll work quickly to make things right.
International Returns
International returns follow the same 30-day policy. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders unless the return is due to our error.
Please note that customs fees and import duties are non-refundable. Contact our support team for assistance with international returns.
